Shipping policy

We post all orders via Australia Post. You can choose either Standard or Express Post.

Standard Post (2-8 days) is a flat rate of $10 per order.

Express Post (1-4 days) is a flat rate of $15 per order.

Orders over $100 will ship FREE!

Please note - These time frames are a guideline only, and can be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

All orders will be sent with tracking. A tracking number will be provided within 24hrs of your item being posted.

If you would like to add insurance or a signature on delivery for your order, please contact us prior to placing the order as this will incur additional costs.

We take the utmost care when making and preparing your order for postage, but sometimes things can go wrong. If there is an issue with your delivery or order, please contact us within 24hrs and we will do our best to rectify.
